Your Subscription

What comes in a Piggie Box? 

Inside each box there will be two treats, two toys and one surprise item, all carefully chosen to ensure maximum fun for your piggies. All items have been carefully chosen to ensure they only contain 100% safe ingredients. We never include, dairy, eggs, large unprocessed seeds or corn kernel ingredients in any of our products.

How do I join/ order a box?

You can select either our monthly, 3 month or 6 month plan. All plans renew automatically every month, 3 months or 6 months depending on which plan you have chosen. The renewal will occur on the last day of the month. For the 3 month and 6 month plans, you pay for all boxes upfront (and get a discounted price), and will have a new box sent to you each month for the duration of your plan.

You may cancel your subscription anytime, by either logging into your account or by emailing us at support@piggiebox.com You will still receive any boxes already paid for, but will not be re-billed again.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscipriton anytime. You can cancel yourself by logging in to your account and selecting the relevant option, or you can email us at support@piggiebox.com. You will still receive any boxes already paid for, but will not be re-billed again.

How do I change my subscription plan or address?

You can edit these on the 'My Account' page or by emailing us. Please ensure any changes are made before the 18th of the month if it will affect that months shipment.


Billing questions

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payment by PayPal.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept all currencies. Prices are show and charged in GBP (£), but will convert to your currency at the current exchange rate.

My card got declined, what should I do?

Occasionally a credit or debit card will be declined and a transaction will not go through. There is a few options to fix this:

- Try a different credit or debit card.
- Make payment using PayPal (the button at the top of the checkout page).
- Call your bank to authorise the transaction.

Why are different currencies shown as 'approx'?

We list the approximate price of our subscriptions in both USD ($) and EUR (€). The price you pay may be different from the approximate price shown, due to changes in exchange rates.

Prices are charged in GBP (£), but will convert to your currency at the current exchange rate. We accept all currencies but for simplicity only list approximate prices for USD ($) and EUR (€).

You can convert the GBP (£) price into your currency at the current exchange rate by using websites such as www.xe.com, or searching on www.google.com terms such as "£19 in USD".


Shipping

What countries do you deliver to?

We ship worldwide to all countries except Australia due to customs restrictions. International shipping is only £4 per box, approximately 4 United States Dollars or 4.50 EURO.

When do you dispatch boxes?

We ship all boxes on the 21st of each month, or the next available working day during weekends.

How long does delivery take?

UK customers will typically receive their box within 2 to 3 working days, and international customers typically within 5 to 10 working days but delivery can occasionally take up to 20 working days. However, due to the current Coronavirus situation some boxes are taking longer than this to arrive for international customers. Most orders are still arriving within the normal time frame. In order to keep international postage affordable we do not send with a tracked service.


Refund Policy

Unfortunately due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation some boxes are taking longer than usual to arrive. Boxes are still leaving Piggie Box and are arriving in destination countries within the usual time frame. However, depending on the current situation in individual countries, at a national and local level, some deliveries are taking longer to arrive than usual.  UK deliveries are largely unaffected. Due to this increase in some delivery times, we are extending our maximum delivery window from 30 days to 60 days, from when the order was dispatched. Only after this time can a refund be issued for a missing box.

If you change your mind after placing an order and you no longer want your order, please contact us before the 17th of the month in which your item is due to be shipped. Whilst orders are generally dispatched on the 21st of each month, your order may be processed and prepared for dispatch from the 17th of the month onwards. 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 90 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund.

If a refunded is issued in accordance with the above policy, payment will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
